How to make jelly with fruit
Jelly with fruit, in addition to being an inexpensive and very easy dessert to make, has many health benefits, especially if you are on a diet when it is light.
Perhaps fruit jelly is one of the simplest desserts to make in the world of gastronomy. Its variety of flavors is as extensive as its way of preparing it since in addition to fruit it can contain yogurt, be injected, be made with milk or water, be used for a jelly cake, or just for the craving of eating something delicious.
Nowadays it is easy to find it in powder form in supermarkets, but it can be made from scratch with gelatin, essences, or base foods such as chocolate, marzipan, mango, strawberry, cheese, among others. This time we tell you how to make one with milk and water and fruit in the middle.

Each 180-gram glass, based on a 2,000-calorie diet, contains:
Grease with a little spray oil (remove the excess with an absorbent towel) the mold or refractory where you will make the gelatin. Put in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
Boil the liter of milk; move so it doesn’t stick.
Pour into a bowl and add all the coconut flavor powder. Move until there are no lumps.
Remove the mold or refractory from the freezer and add the liquid. Let cool and set in the refrigerator.
Boil the water, remove from the heat and in a bowl mix with the pineapple powder. Stir until there are no lumps.
When you touch the gelatin and it is about to make a mark, that is it no longer sticks to your finger, place the fruit cocktail to taste and without syrup.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes and when the pineapple jelly is cold, without curdling, empty it with the support of a spoon so that it does not fall directly.
Refrigerate for 4 hours and unmold.
Serve without decoration. This is one of the desserts that does not require it.
When cool and before it sets, add a pinch of citric acid to the pineapple flavor to intensify the flavor. You can also add it to another citrus flavor such as lemon, sherry or grape.
