With this recipe for cream of mushroom soup, you will not ask for Campbell’s because of its light consistency to accompanying chicken meat.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of skinless chicken
  • ½ stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 can of NESTLÉ Media Crema
  • ¼ mushrooms
  • ½ onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Chicken broth
  • Baguette or French bread

Step by step to make easy cream of mushroom soup

Step 1

In a pan fry the chicken with butter and season with salt and pepper. Separate.

Step 2

Sauté minced onion and garlic until translucent.

Step 3

Add the chicken pieces and the washed mushrooms.

Step 4

Add the NESTLÉ Media Crema and the chicken consommé cube.

Step 5

Let cook for 15 minutes or until needed.

Step 6

Serve and accompany with baguette or French bread.

Gastronomic tip

If you wish, place 1/4 of the ham or bacon and a splash of MAGGI Seasoning Juice along with the chicken to give it a different flavor. You can also cook the meat on the grill and add a pinch of nutmeg. If the cream is too thick, add a splash of milk.
