Ingredients

  • 1/2 chicken breast in strips
  • 100 grams of classic Bimbo breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ketchup

Step 1

Mix the dry ingredients (oregano, garlic, paprika, and breadcrumbs). 

Step 2

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper to taste and bread the strips by passing them first through the egg and then through the ground bread. 

Step 3

Fry in enough oil until cooked and golden. Remove grease with absorbent towels.

Step 4

Serve and enjoy with ketchup.
