Green chilaquiles with chicken is one of the infallible dishes to “cure the hangover”, you can put cheese and cream on them and, if you prefer, accompany it with a glass of cold beer.
Green or red chilaquiles are one of the simplest preparations in Mexican cuisine and it is easy to cook for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. In some parts of the country, such as CDMX, they are usually accompanied with chopped onion and cilantro, and even with a bolillo. How do you prefer them?

Each serving based on a 2,000-calorie diet contains:
Boil the tomatillo with onion, chiles and garlic.
Blend with 1 liter of water
Sauté the sauce with onion and salt and pepper in oil. When it boils, add the tortilla chips, and turn it off. Lid for 5 minutes.
Serve with chicken, cream, cheese, radishes, cilantro, onion, and avocado to taste.
The green tomato will give a more bittersweet flavor to the chilaquiles, unlike the green tomato.
For a more balanced dish omit the chicken.
