Ingredients

To cook the Spaghetti Bolognese, you need the following:

  • 2 packages of spaghetti of 200 grams
  • ½ kilogram of ground beef
  • 2 carrots peeled and cut into cubes
  • 150 grams of peas
  • 2 potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ¼ of whole onion for the pasta
  • Oil
  • ½ garlic finely chopped
  • 1 cup of tomato puree
  • 100 milliliters of red wine
  • Fine herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • Water
  • Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese 227 Gr

Step by step to prepare and cook Spaghetti Bolognese

Step 1

In a frying pan, fry the meat with oil, garlic, and onion. 

Step 2

Add the potatoes, carrots, and peas. 

Step 3

Add the tomato puree and oregano and three minutes later the red wine. 

Step 4

Wait for the liquid to reduce a little and add the tomato and fine herbs. 

Step 5

After about 20 minutes season to taste. 

Step 6

Cook the pasta al dente in water, with a splash of oil, salt, and a piece of onion.

Step 7

Plate the pasta and serve the sauce on top. Accompany with Parmesan cheese to taste.
