Easy and simple recipe for frozen strawberries and cream

Ingredients

To cook strawberries and cream you need the following:

For the cream

  • ½ kilogram of disinfected strawberries without leaf
  • 2 cans of LA LECHERA Condensed Milk
  • 2 cans of NESTLÉ Media Crema
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • 2 cups of Lala cream

To decorate

  • 250 milliliters of cold whipping cream
  • White chocolate chip
  • Cherries in syrup

Step by step to prepare and cook strawberries and cream

Step 1

Cut the strawberries into slices and freeze them for 1 hour. 

Step 2

Mix the sour cream, the condensed milk, the vanilla, and the half cream. 

Step 3

Beat the whipping cream at high speed for 5 minutes and place it in a duya. 

Step 4

Serve in small glasses or Cups with whipping cream, sprinkles, and a cherry. 

Gastronomic tip for strawberries and cream

For a dessert with more color, place cut strawberries in the bottom of the glass and intersperse them with the cream mixture until finished. Decorate with strawberry halves with leaf.
