An easy and simple recipe for mosaic jelly with yogurt

Ingredients

To cook the Mosaic Gelatin, you need the following:

  • 1 sachet of D’Gari pineapple flavor jelly
  • 1 sachet of D’Gari orange-flavored gelatin
  • 3 liters of water
  • 1 sachet of D’Gari sherry flavor gelatin
  • 1 ½ plain yogurt

Step by step to prepare and cook mosaic jelly

Step 1

Boil the water and divide it into three parts in each bowl.

Step 2

Add the envelope of D’Gari gelatin to the bowls.

Step 3

Mix with the balloon until all the lumps are dissolved.

Step 4

Pour into gelatin pans and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Paso 5

Cut the gelatin into small cubes.

Step 6

In a larger container add the cubed gelatin and then the natural yogurt.

Step 7

Serve in cups.

Gastronomic tip

Add 1 can of condensed milk and 1 can of evaporated milk for a creamier texture. If you use water gelatin and citrus flavor such as lemon, orange or pineapple add a teaspoon of citric acid when cold and before refrigerating to intensify the flavor.

Nutritional tip

Change the normal D’Gari gelatin for sachets of light flavors.
