Did you know that pancakes first appeared in the 14th century, according to British literature?

Easy and simple recipe for oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients

To cook the oatmeal pancakes, you need the following:

  • 1/2 kilogram of rolled oats (preferably gluten-free)
  • milk to taste, can be almond milk
  • 4 sachets of Splenda stevia sweetener of 1 g each 40
  • 1 stick of Iberia margarine 4 in 1 without salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 2 bananas
  • Honey, chocolate syrup, or jam

Step by step to prepare and cook oatmeal pancakes

Step 1

With a fork mash the banana until it is a puree. 

Step 2

Add the egg and vanilla. 

Step 3

Blend the oats with the cinnamon and sugar until a flour is left. 

Step 4

With the mixer at low speed, mix all the ingredients and remove the excess dough with the miserable one for a homogeneous consistency.

Step 5

Add milk to taste.

Step 6

In a pan place some butter and part of the mixture to form a mini pancake of about 8 centimeters. 

Step 7

Wait for the bubbles to burst and flip. Cook for 1 minute or to taste.

Step 8

Serve and accompany with honey, chocolate syrup or jam.

Tip gastronomic

Use a pan with Teflon so that the mixture does not stick. 

Tip nutritional

You can omit the sugar if you wish.
