Ingredients
- 1 bag of powder to prepare coconut milk jelly
- 1 bag of powder to prepare pineapple-flavored D’Gari water jelly
- One liter of water
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 1 can of fruit cocktail in syrup “La Costeña” of 850 grams
How to prepare gelatin with fruit step by step
Step 1
Grease with a little spray oil (remove the excess with an absorbent towel) the mold or refractory where you will make the gelatin. Put in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the liter of milk; move so it doesn’t stick.
Step 3
Pour into a bowl and add all the coconut flavor powder. Move until there are no lumps.
Step 4
Remove the mold or refractory from the freezer and add the liquid. Let cool and set in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Boil the water, remove from the heat and in a bowl mix with the pineapple powder. Stir until there are no lumps.
Step 6
When you touch the gelatin and it is about to make a mark, that is it no longer sticks to your finger, place the fruit cocktail to taste and without syrup.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes and when the pineapple jelly is cold, without curdling, empty it with the support of a spoon so that it does not fall directly.

Refrigerate for 4 hours and unmold.
